S1

During S1 pupils will develop their map skills as well as learn about the different climate regions around the world. They will also learn about Weather and Climate Change.

 

S2

Pupils will study the population and that the factors that affect population change. They will also learn how the continents were formed in Earth's Forces and look at the physical landscape of Scotland.

 

S3

Within S3 pupils will study the topics of development and health, settlement, BRICS and Rivers. During these topics pupils will follow the level 4 experiences and outcomes of a Curriculum for Excellence and will develop skills they can use if they go on and study National Geography in the senior phase.
